Dresser is a professional home-financing expert.  Originally from Maryland, she has resided in south Florida for over 45 years.  She has been an in-house lender for Coldwell Banker for over 17 years and currently works as a Branch Manager here at Network Funding.  With over 30 years of experience in the lending industry, Sandy is THE authority on condominium lending.   She sees things that other industry professionals may overlook, allowing her to help thousands of clients purchase and refinance properties.  Sandy uses her extensive experience to succeed in bringing together a wide variety of buyers, sellers, and realtors. 

 

Sandy is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for her clients no matter how complex.  She holds an associate degree in business and utilizes her dedication to learning along with her everyday experiences to assist her clients.  Sandy says, “I love resolving the difficulties of home financing, especially for buyers facing credit and income challenges. Those clients need a lender with the ability and resources necessary to properly structure the loan and close the contract on their dream home.”    

 

By staying current on the latest complexities of mortgage lending technology and cutting-edge marketing techniques for real estate, Sandy has become a vital resource for homeowners and Realtors alike.

 

Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time with her three grown sons.  She has a passion for cooking and trying new recipes, even making her own pickles.  She has ridden in a hot air balloon – one of the most exhilarating events on her “bucket list” and she looks forward to exploring more life adventures in the future.  She also has a special place in her heart for those in need – donating to several charities; volunteering in soup kitchens; and assisting families devasted by tropical storms and hurricanes.
